Other key drug candidates in its pipeline include Lenrispodun (ITI-214), aimed at treating Parkinson's disease and heart failure; ITI-1284-ODT-SL, designed to address neuropsychiatric disorders and behavioral challenges in dementia; and ITI-333, intended for substance use disorders, pain management, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions like depression and anxiety.
