TradingNote is an AI-powered analytics tool, not a financial advisor. The content, analysis, and signals provided by our AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
2. AI Limitations
Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, AI predictions are probabilistic and based on historical data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. Past performance of the AI is not indicative of future results.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use TradingNote only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You acknowledge that any trading execution based on our tools is done at your own risk.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of TradingNote may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
